Indian Administration through Circular No. DGS 15-2022 of 1-8-2022 requires that:
1. All Indian ships to assess Swacch “Sagar Portal” digitally and complete the data related to Ballast Water and its management on each arrival and departure from any port worldwide including Indian Ports. The data can be completed once in 15 days.
2. All foreign ships to complete the same at each arrival and departure from Indian ports.
Non-completion may delay the ship due to port State interventions.
