Daily technical monitoring of vessels’ performance by reviewing certain operational parameters related to main propulsion machinery and critical machineries. |

Monitoring of the daily or weekly/monthly operations of maintenance and repairs through applicable PMS system. |

Liaise with Owners on technical and operational matters including vessel performance, etc. |
4. |
Undertake any other Technical related assignments as and when required and provide technical assistance. |
5. |
Correspondence and coordination with makers when and if necessary, basis reported issues/defects. |
6. |
Issuing circulars related to technical matters and instructions to Company’s vessels. |
7. |
Review and monitoring of essential documentation (FO, LO analysis, monthly logs, inventories, consumptions, etc.) and provide consultation to Owners accordingly. |
8. |
Ensure that all copies of Class and statutory certificates are properly maintained and documented. |
9. |
Monitor technical status of vessel with relation to class certification and survey. |
10. |
Review PSC, vetting or other inspections observations and deficiencies and liaise with Owner to track them through to close out. |
11. |
Follow up job orders and maintenance tasks carried out by Crew assigned at each ship visit/attendance. |
12. |
Work closely with the HSQE Management team to ensure smooth and successful implementation of HSQE system and policies. |
13. |
Engaged to all technical related issues, including correspondence. Ensuring all procedures are adhered to and comply with International Safety Management (ISM), Classification Society rules. |
