Following requests from our clients, Margetis Maritime is offering carefully curated seminars to address key topics of market interest, leveraging the deep specialized knowledge and experience of our people and our collaborators.
Training activities can be delivered:
- at our HQ office in small groups (up to 15 people) to enable quality discussion and interaction,
- at the client’s premises, or
- online, upon customer request

Air Emissions Requirements in the Shipping Industry – Fundamentals
This course will cover the fundamentals of the air emission regulations which are applicable in the shipping industry. The material will focus on the IMO GHG strategy, the MARPOL Annex VI and the relevant IMO resolutions, including the EEDI, EEXI, as well the SEEMP and CII and possible actions for compliance with the CII. Reference shall be made to the sets of the EU Fit for 55 package which concern the shipping industry, as well as to the various national air emission regulations.
