The team of the Piraeus Office, with the assistance of a reputable Management Consultant, along with Mr. Margetis gathered up in Aesko Resort, on Friday evening, where they discussed the program to follow and then spent a pleasant night among friends.
Starting on Saturday morning till noon of the following day, all colleagues – divided into two groups – participated in a long discussion of various elements of the company that are considered to be either assets to maintain and strengthen or weaknesses to be dealt with and improve. Future goals and opportunities as to the company’s development worldwide and regarding the direct goal of provision the outmost of quality services to its clientele, were also scrutinized. A SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats), was carried out, allowing every member to elaborate on its view of the company’s organization.
