Our Regional Manager in Shanghai is Mr Zou Zheng, a Chinese native, with academic background in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering University in China. Before joining our Firm, Zou has had a 25-year experience in maritime business, which includes positions with major Classification Societies (GL & ABS), COSCO Shipyards (largest Shipyard Corporation in China) and Shipping Companies as Superintendent Engineer.

Zou will be joined by Mr Lei Ming, as Senior Surveyor, also a Chinese national and a graduate of the local Naval Academy, as an Engineer Officer. Lei has more than 20 years of experience at sea (reaching the rank of Chief Engineer), as well as 13 years of experience at shore based positions, with major Classification Societies (GL & BV) and Shipping Companies as Superintendent Engineer.

Both Zou and Lei have diversified experience with wide range types of vessels, including Bulkers and Tankers, and vast experience with the Chinese based Shipyards, having undertaken numerous projects both for Repairs as well as for New Buildings.
