A new Merchant Marine Notice (MMN 08/2022) has been recently published by Panama Maritime Authority
From 1st of August 2022 she will start a special program on Flag Inspections for ships arriving at ports in the United States (US), and whose history (detentions, deficiencies, recognized organization (RO), company, type of ship, age, etc.) makes them candidates for a Port State Inspection (PSC) by part of the USCG.
