Seow, a Singaporean national, is an ex. Chief Engineer, with an overall thirty (30) year carrier at sea and at shore assignments, with extensive experience in the entire Far East maritime business. In the past, Seow has acted as Marine Superintendent in various Shipping Companies, Classification surveyor in A.B.S., whilst the last ten (10) years as an independent Technical Consultant and Surveyor.
